Enterprise is the WORST! Years ago I was left stranded at an airport waiting and waiting for Enterprise to pick me up for my reserved vehicle. I missed the conference my trip was a waste! I swore I would NEVER rent from Enterprise again. I should have used my own advice and stayed far, far away from them. Today I called my local Enterprise office to rent a car. I was told they had cars available, but I should go through the web-site and call to confirm. I, as instructed, made reservations, called to confirm and called again when the reservation was ready. I was told the car was ready to go, but there was no one available to pick me up for that vehicle until after 1p.m. I could not wait the extra time so I walked to the location to get the car. After I arrived I was told that not only was the car not there, but there were no cars available in the area. Not only did they not have my car, but they would not be getting a car for me.
