I can't speak for others, but my own experience with Nr. Notebook was fantastic. In the previous week several others tried to fix networking problems with my Dell laptop (it is 3 1/2 years old). Everyone of them seemed to only make it worse. I called Mr. Notebook and spoke with Jeff. 30 minutes later I was at their shop again speaking with Jeff. In 15 minutes he had found all the problems, had them corrected, downloaded the latest drivers, made sure everything worked, even offered some advice for the future, and had me on my way. AND then wasn't even going to charge me. After a bit of insistence on my part, I contributed to the Friday night pizza party. My opinion? They are the first and last place to go. Save your time and headache. Go to Me. Notebook.
