I like the store, but have never felt welcome. The staff act condescending and never step down from the center part behind the cases. The store is dark too, hard to see all of the beads. The cases are too high and prices are unreal. If you're a hobbyist and do some beading, it may be wort it. If you are a serious beader, go elsewhere or buy from a wholesaler online. The beadshop on 161 is very friendly and has better prices.
