Mistakes happen, but I have found a good measure of a place to be how they react when that time comes. Lindskoog failed miserably. I had a problem with an order and found Lindskoog to be completely irrational in reaction to my request for a solution. When all was said and done, they did nothing to make it right -- no replacement, no refund, no discount, and not even an apology after they had disappointed and insulted a returning customer. I actively tell people to go someplace else when ordering flowers downtown Minneapolis.
