I used to live in this apartment building and let me tell you the staff here are very unprofessional and rude. This apartment had been on the news numerous times because of water problems in the building and the bad infestation of rats. The owner of this building only cares about money. They will show a model apartment to get you to move in here. But none of the other units looks like the model "false advertisement" to a tee. The staff acts like when you address your concerns they don't count. The rat problem was so big that the rodents starting eating through one unit to another. Many people left due to this mess. And let's not talk about how your car is always getting broke into or stolen. No real security to watch anything. This is one of the worst building's in Detroit MI... Renter Beware
