Myself and two friends visited Club 300 and it was one of the worst experiences we had ever encountered. We arrive at approximately 9:00pm. We were coldly greeted at the door by the host,we were asked are you having dinner or drinks and then we were left standing there. The host finally came back with whom we found out later to be the manager.(WHY?) We were finally seated and ordered drinks. The drinks never came after waiting 20 minutes or so. Another waiter came to the table and informed us that the waitress was no longer waiting our table.(THANKS FOR NOTIFYING US).Finally, drinks came and we placed a food order, two salads, gumbo, corn bisque and salmon. There were several groups came in after we were seated and they received their food order before we did. An hour and a half later, not even a bread crumb made it to the table. We asked to speak to management concerning the lack of service and we were told since we didnt have a reservation, it usually takes 45 minutes to get service.
