I VISITED CAPITAL ONE FOR THE FIRST TIME (CARROLLTON AND TULANE IN NEW ORLEANS)TO CASH A CHECK DRAWN ON THAT BANK. WHILE THERE, A GENTLEMAN WAS BEING WAITED ON AND BECAME UPSET AND STARTED TO COMPLAIN LOUDLY THAT IT WAS TAKING TOO LONG TO TRANSACT HIS BUSINESS. HE ASKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE BANK TELLER (MS CARRIE) SHOUTED AT THE MAN TO SIT DOWN BECAUSE HE REFUSED HER FIRST OFFER TO GET HIM HELP. THE MORE THE GENTLEMAN COMPLAINED OF THE SERVICE THE LOUDER MS CARRIE BECAME. I WANTED TO TERMINATE HER EMPLOYMENT DUE TO HER UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BUT COULD NOT DO SO SINCE I WAS ONLY A CUSTOMER AT THAT TIME. I STATED TO MS CARRIE THAT HER TONE AND ATTITUTE TOWARD THAT CUSTOMER WAS UNWARRANTED AND ALSO DANGEROUS. I EXPLAINED THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE REMAINED CALM AND NOT ADD TO THE MAN'S FRUSTRATION. SHE DID NOT AGREE. CAPITAL ONE BANK, YOU BETTER TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE!!! MS CARRIE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED, GIVEN A THREE DAY
