I don't know about sales, but their service is horrendous. And dangerous. They used an improper part on my scooter and I could have been killed. Like a fool, I took it in more than once for this same problem, incorrectly assuming that a certified Vespa dealer might actually know what they are doing. Each time, they kept it at least two weeks, all the while promising it would be fixed in the next day or two, only to come up with new excuses with why it wasn't ready. I finally took it elsewhere; it was fixed in 4 hours. They immediately found the incorrect part and fixed the problem.
