I have been a loyal Midas customer going back 6 years up to today! I received the worst customer service from any repair location every. John Whatley (Store Manager - Atlanta location on Northside Drive) provided horrible customer support. John turned my business away because I have a company car that is managed by Dolen Fleet Management. He was unwilling to call Dolen to verify whether they accepted Midas repairs. He sited a past invoice for $34 dollars where Dolen did not pay the invoice. The reason Dolen did not pay the invoice was because the invoice was made to my name and not my company's name (Dolen has no record of me but they do have a record of my company). The frustrating part is that for 6 years I have been going to various Midas locations with other Dolen vehicles and have never had any issues. John was simply unwilling to even call Dolen to see if they accepted repairs from Midas. I asked that he check to see if they would accept the voucher and if not I would pay the
