I rented from this rent-a-center for 3 months. In that time I experienced more problems than with any other company in my lifetime. They have terrible customer service, the salesmen are shadey, there were countless account errors including double-billing and unauthorized charges on my account. I never paid my bill late, I often paid early but due to the lack of professionalism and business sense, they would mismanage my account then call everyone on my contact list repeatedly demanding to speak to me. I recommend that no one ever rent from this rent-a-center and in fact, I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
