I work in a hospital, and we have to replace our handle grips. I called and spoke with an employee at this location, and he mentioned he did not have the equipment we needed. However, he was very helpful and informative. He even went so far as to give me the name of another Schwinn dealer that might be able to help me, and he told me exactly what I needed and what to ask for. I am about to buy a new bike, and I'll definitely swing by this place to check 'em out when I do!
