I have lived in Willow Glen community of San Jose, CA for 4 years and live 3 blocks from my local bank branch. My wife has had numerous accounts with them for the past 3 years and she currently has 2 active accounts. When I tried to open a small business account I was refused service three times. The first time, my tax id number issued by the IRS wasn't good enough so they told me they needed my 1040 that showed business income under my social security number. I provided that and they said that wasn't good enough and they needed a fictitious name document. I provided that and they said that wasn't good enough either even though I provided a state issued ID card and my US Passport. To this day, we will never bank with them again. Just chalk us up as another lost high net worth customer.
