After moving back to San Jose from Germany, we had a very hard time finding a decent vet, for our 100 pound German Shepherd, that didn't just take our dog in the back and then come out and say it's done. I like to be involved in my dog's care. Dr. Bath at Bloom Plaza is the best Vet we have found in the bay area, regardless of price. He is efficient, effective, and very accommodating. I'm thrilled that we were finally able to find a vet (after trying 5) that we can trust and enjoy. I still miss the vet we had in Germany, but Dr. Bath is just as good. If you want a customer Service rep instead of Doctor, than you might enjoy the larger places with lots of random staff who have time to make small talk.
