I bought an armchair, came back home and tried to assemble it and found some screws missing and so the chair could not be assembled. I called and asked if they could send some screws over since I had the instructions and the part number. Apparently, the store expects you to drive all the way back to the store, about 30miles away(60miles round trip) with the receipt and speak to a customer service manager to get the screws which THEY did not pack with the item in the first place. Perhaps they think they are saving money by preventing themselves from being cheated out of a few screws, but the irritation and customer dissatisfaction is totally not worth it. Because of their refusal to send me a few screws which were not packed in the first place, I am going to take the item back. Bet that is good economics for them. If you are thinking of buying a large item and need to assemble it, you might want to consider unwrapping everything there to make sure you have every part accounted for
